24-Cavity BMC Block Injection Mold

This BMC Block Injection Mold uses a 24-cavity configuration with H13 steel for volume production of a 114 × 33 × 40 mm thermoset component.

A 24-cavity mold is not simply a larger version of a 2- or 4-cavity tool. Material distribution, venting, cavity consistency, machining accuracy and maintenance accessibility all become more important as cavity count increases.
