BMC Compression Mold for Projector Housing

This BMC compression mold for projector housing is developed for a 328 × 135 × 185 mm thermoset housing using a single-cavity structure and H13 mold steel.

For housing components with deep walls, ribs, bosses and mounting features, SET MOLD reviews more than the external part shape. Our engineering process can evaluate material flow, parting lines, venting, shrinkage, demolding and critical assembly dimensions before mold machining begins.
